Since 1998, I have been the owner of the company BILLER Impex Insudtrieprodukte. The company united remote engineers, technologists, designers, logisticians, lawyers. It included representatives from Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina, Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and other countries.
The company had a website www.billerimpex.com.
In 1999-2008, the company participated in the creation and development of the Infrastructure for the collection and processing of waste in the Baltic countries that became part of the EU.
In 2012-13, we were ready to implement the Project for the construction of 3 plants with a total capacity of 3.6 million tons of solid waste / year in the Moscow region. We found an Investor. In early 2014, Russia annexed Crimea. Putin stopped all Projects.
A few years later, we were contacted again from Russia.
They put forward requirements for the transfer of patents that we could not fulfill.
In response, Russian hackers destroyed our website. Since then, we have been forced to abandon the creation of the website.
In 2006 – 2017, we tried to implement the Project for the construction of a plant in Colombia, Ecuador and Mongolia.
In 2018, we came close to implementing the Project in one of the countries.
To implement the Project in the USA, the company “Clean Planet Alliance” was created, one of the participants of which was a representative of the country where the project was being implemented.

With the onset of the pandemic, our capabilities were sharply reduced. It became impossible to maintain the company in Germany and its activities were suspended “until better times”. It remains in this situation to this day.
