Chip founded his company, D.E.L.L PET, in 2023 with a mission to continue the effort of bringing the top talent in the industry under one roof. As corporations’ leadership changes and the value of knowledge and experience has been lost. By providing foundational and fundamental knowledge of PET Theory and its direct application along with its original experimental base 30 plus years ago. It is chip’s goal to re-acquire and redevelop that skill level as we have seen the loss through the skill trades sectors. Thus, to recover that ability and knowledge to teach and re-deploy that skill set.  

Before Chip embarked in his current role, previously was serving as a Senior PET Plant Support Engineer at Plastic Technologies Inc., Chip provided global support to companies involved in PET blow molding and container manufacturing, including major clients such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and Nestlé. His role focused on ensuring customer success and productivity.

Chip served as a Corporate Project Manager and Process Engineer at Consolidated Container Corp (Altium), where he supported facilities in the processing and development of PET and HDPE containers.

He also worked as a contracted Project Manager for DOD/Randstad Engineering, providing expertise for the support of six PET water bottling plants for the United States Military in Iraq.

Earlier in his career, Chip held significant roles such as Plant Project Manager/Blow Molding Operations Manager at KIK Custom Products, Corporate Engineering at Western Container Corporation, Maintenance Manager at Grafco PET Technologies, (Berry Plastics) Operations Manager/On-sight Manager at Cott Beverage/Schmalbach-Lubeca Plastic Containers Inc.(Refresco), Maintenance Supervisor at Johnson Controls, and Electromechanical Technician in the United States Navy.
