She initially joined the company in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing a rich and diverse background in public affairs and strategic leadership. Before joining Circular Solutions, she served as Chief Public Affairs Officer at Natua Strategies and Vice President of Public Affairs for Coca-Cola Consolidated, the largest Coca-Cola bottler in the U.S.
With over 20 years of experience in political advocacy, public policy, and community engagement, McGee has worked with iconic organizations such as NASCAR (International Speedway Corporation), the National Association of REALTORS®, and Coca-Cola. She has been a featured speaker at the 2024 World Recycling Conference in Rome, the ‘Women Breaking the Mold’ Event, and the 2025 Green Sports Alliance Summit, consistently using her platform to champion environmental innovation and inclusive leadership.
Christi holds a bachelor’s degree in Government from the University of Virginia, a Global Sports Management Certificate from NYU, and a DEI Certificate from Cornell University. She’s also a proud member of WISE CLT (Women in Sports and Entertainment) and actively volunteers with outreach efforts through Elevation Church.
