Mika holds a Master of Science in Chemical Process Engineering and has over 30 years of experience in the waste management and recycling industry both in Finland and abroad. He is an industry pioneer and has made the recycling of tens of thousands of tons of plastic and billions of plastic products a reality during his career. In 2023 he was awarded with the first ever Plastic Circulation Award by the Environmental Ministry of Finland.
