His professional journey began at IBM France, progressing into leadership roles at IBM Europe and later becoming Vice President at Gemplus, a global leader in smart card technology. His career further flourished when he became the first European executive of a Chinese company in France, heading Watchdata’s operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
But Mr. Bardon’s vision didn’t stop with corporate growth. In 2011, he founded VotreCity Monaco, a groundbreaking territorial development agency that empowers governments and cities to integrate smart technologies, digital solutions, and circular economy frameworks. VotreCity specializes in guiding urban ecosystems through sustainable transformations—offering modular, scalable solutions for energy, mobility, health, agriculture, water, waste, and cybersecurity.
His international engagements are equally noteworthy—he has been a keynote speaker at high-profile events such as:
