PolyNext Conference: Terms and Conditions for Registrations and Attendance

1. I want to cancel my registration.
Cancellations received on or before 60 days prior to the event will be eligible for a refund after deducting transaction charges. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the entire ticket fee. However, you may transfer your registration to a colleague up to 20 days before the event by notifying us via email.

2. What if I miss the event?
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions or events. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions for personal reasons, weather conditions, travel delays, or other factors beyond your control.

3. When will I get my refund?
If you qualify for a refund, the refunded amount will correspond to the registration fees paid and will be processed back to your original payment method.

Should you be unable to attend the conference, you may send a substitute delegate at no extra charge. This requires providing at least 2 daysโ notice with the substituteโs details and ensuring full payment has been made. Substitution requests can be sent to [email protected].

Please note: We do not offer refunds for cancellations or non-attendance. PolyNext Conference will not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to event cancellations or changes beyond our control.

4. What if I canโt attend and want to transfer my registration?
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to someone else up to 20 days before the event. To do so, please email [email protected] with the replacementโs name, job title, email address, and any dietary restrictions.

5. In case of cancellation of the event by the organizer
If the event is canceled, attendees will receive a refund of the registration fee (minus transaction charges) within 15 days of the eventโs cancellation. Attendees must contact the PolyNext Conference team via [email protected] to request the refund.

6. In case the event is postponed
If the event is postponed and rescheduled, attendees have two options:

Refund: Attendees who cannot attend the new date can request a full refund within 15 days of the refund process initiation.
Transfer of Attendance: Attendees who wish to attend the rescheduled event must confirm their participation in writing via email to [email protected].
7. What happens to my travel or accommodation bookings?
PolyNext Conference (organized by Next Business Media) will not be liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred, including wasted expenses, if the event is canceled or relocated due to circumstances beyond our control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, floods, storms, fires, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, or pandemics.

Our total liability for damages, losses, costs, or claims related to attending the conference is limited to the amount paid for your registration.

8. What if I won the ticket in a lottery/giveaway?
Tickets won through contests or giveaways are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, rebates, or credits if you cannot attend.
