After completing his education at the Bolton Institute of Higher Education Ctex Ati in England, Fatih returned to Turkey and began his journey with ISKO as a Branch Sales Manager. Through hands-on experience and visionary leadership, he ascended to the role of CEO in 2000, transforming ISKO into a global player in innovative, sustainable denim solutions.

With RE&UP, Fatih has embarked on a transformative mission to bring circularity to scale in the fashion industry. The venture’s focus on next-generation textile-to-textile recycling aims to reshape the linear model and enable a regenerative, low-impact future.
