Nima Vakili is the Founder and CEO of Safa BioWorks.

Safa BioWorks is building the region’s first integrated platform chemicals manufacturing operation, converting regional agricultural waste streams into lactic acid and a downstream portfolio of lactates and derivative bio-chemicals. Headquartered in Dubai (JAFZA), the company is positioned as industrial infrastructure supporting local UAE manufacturing. Its digital arm, SafaFlow™️ builds agentic AI platforms that run the daily operations of industrial and circular economy businesses. These platforms are developed and proven inside Safa BioWorks’ own operations before being delivered to clients across the GCC.

Prior to Safa BioWorks, Nima founded Chemplax LLC, a biopolymer processing facility in the United States, giving him cross-border experience translating bio-based chemistry into industrial-scale operations. He works at the intersection of feedstock innovation, circular economy strategy, and regional industrial policy.
