Tom’s varied 35-year career in the chemical process technology and equipment field has
included technical, commercial, as well as company leadership roles both in the US and
abroad. The thread weaving through the course of his career, has been his passion to
assist clients and colleagues in solving the challenges at hand. With BUSS ChemTech for
the last 11 years, he now heads up their newest technology platform – chemical recycling
of mixed waste plastic. In this role he is focusing his energies on helping stakeholders
throughout the plastics value chain to realize their sustainability goals. Tom holds a BS
ChE from Clarkson University.
