Tim has worked in the agricultural sector for over 30 years, beginning his career straight out of school. After gaining hands-on experience and completing his studies at college, he moved into the agricultural supply industry. Starting in retail, where he first developed his expertise in the plastics market, Tim later transitioned into the trade sector.
For the past five years, Tim has been with Silostop Agri, initially focusing on European sales. Following the company’s merger with ARK Agriculture and his promotion to Managing Director, his role has expanded to a global level. This position has allowed him to engage with markets around the world and gain valuable insight into the diverse challenges faced by countries with climates and economies very different from his native Wiltshire, known for its lush green fields.
