A committed entrepreneur and industrial strategy expert, Wenaël Regnier has spent his entire career between innovation, industrial team management and sustainable transitions.

After more than 20 years in the automotive industry, steering complex supply chains and managing large-scale projects, in 2013 he decided to take over Semco, a Monaco-based company specializing in packaging.

It was while observing the increasing pollution of the oceans that he had the strong intuition of an alternative, flexible, recyclable and universal packaging, inspired… by a pastry bag! This idea gave birth to Sempack®, a solution patented in 30 countries and today at the heart of a packaging industry in the throes of change.

Driven by an eco-responsible vision, he founded Sempack France in 2020 and opened an industrial site in 2021 near Nice. His ambition? To create the packaging of the future, made in France, with a positive impact for brands and the planet.
